Refunds and Returns Policy.

BizHub Central (BHC) is a centralised online business hub populated with small, medium and micro businesses in a shared business community. BHC sells virtual products and services (“Products”) to consumers, including space and facilities in their business hub or “online shopping mall” to business owners and entrepreneurs (“Tenants”).
Their Tenants also sell products and services to consumers.

Upon registering as a Tenant, entrepreneurs and business owners agree to accept and abide by BHC’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, as if they were their own.

BizHub Tenants’ online stores strive to provide the best possible service to their customers and BHC has put the appropriate measures in place to ensure their Tenants’ respective staff and suppliers are fully aware of, and comply with, the Consumer Protection Act. BHC and its Tenants are committed to operate their businesses in terms of the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act and this Returns Policy is aligned therewith.

Physical & virtual products purchased online from BHC Tenants.

Customers visit the Tenants’ web pages and their shops, buy Tenants’ products off the web site and make immediate payment via BHC’s secure payment gateway’s EFT process for the products. Physical products are either delivered to the customer or collected by them from the seller, by prior arrangement with the seller. Virtual products are emailed to the customer. Refunds are given on defective physical items only, as virtual products will have been sent by email and cannot be recovered. Refunds are given on condition the products are returned within 7 days of dispatch and are returned unopened and in the same condition as they were sent, and returned at the customer’s own cost.
